La Casa Gran, the locally known farmhouse located on the outskirts of the town of Bellmunt del Priorat, is home to the Gran Cruor wines. No, seriously! I recently had the opportunity to try a dish that I have been dying to sink my teeth into - angulas (baby eels). Believe it or not, angulas are one of the most sought after delicacies in northern Spain. They are no thicker than a strand of spaghetti and have a wonderfully oceanic flavor.
